  Can I get samples?
  Of course. We usually provide an exsting sample for show quality.We also can provide customised samples to you,but it need sample fee. The fee can give back to you when you place order and order qty is above one container.

  How long is the sample lead time?
  For existing samples, in 2-3days will be sent out.

  If you want your own designs, about 10 days will be ready, subjet to you designs whether they need new request, etc.

  What are the differences between bakelite handles and silicone handles? why the prices of silicone handles are higher?

  Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?
  Sure, but you must tell us the packing list, CBM and total weight of your goods. (freight collect is not supported)

  How does your factory do regarding quality control？
  Quality is priority. We will do 100% quality inspection before shipment.
